An application to simplify tip management
Discover the option for collecting customer tips directly from your payment terminals. This option enables hotels, cafés and restaurants to accept tips dematerialised.
To do this, managing tips in a tax-free way on the payment terminal is a simple, practical and innovative solution for employers, waiters and customers.
How does it work?
At the time of payment, the bank terminal suggests that the customer leave a tip. The customer can accept or refuse the tip in just 1 click. Next, 3 tip options are displayed. Finally, the customer can choose one of the suggested amounts or define the amount they want.
Tickets:
After payment, as usual, a customer ticket and a merchant ticket are printred. If a customer leaves a tip, this is displayed below the amount paid.
Benefits of the solution

- Saves time: Tips are paid by credit card. Customers no longer need to search for change.
- Ease of use: The tip is automatically proposed, and the customer can accept or refuse it very easily.
