Choose whether or not to print the customer ticket on the POS machine
It is now possible to choose whether or not to print the customer’s ticket during a transaction if the customer gives up their ticket.
Configure the function
This function, which allows you to choose whether or not to print the carrier ticket, is taken into account in some software packages. The duplicate is always possible even if the customer ticket is given up. The “CARRY TICKET” function allows you to save the choice of whether or not to print the customer ticket. Thus, if the “propose printing” parameter is available in the “SERVICES” software, the retailer will have the choice of whether or not to print the customer ticket during a transaction.
Prerequisites:
- The “SERVICES” application must be installed on the VSE.
- The POS machine must be in version CB5.5
- The POS terminal must be in stand-alone monetic mode.
- The proprietary and non-proprietary software must be up to date.
