Edit a customer ticket
You can edit customer and merchant tickets for the last transaction or the last remote collection. Simply follow the steps below:
Edit the duplicate customer ticket
- “F” or “Param” key
- Choose the application (CBEMV, CBCLESS, CONECS, AMEX, etc.)
- Duplicate
- Card
- Customer
Edit the duplicate merchant ticket
- “F” or “Param” key
- Choose the application (CBEMV, CBCLESS, CONECS, AMEX,…)
- Duplicate
- Card
- Merchant
Edit the duplicate of the remote collection ticket
- “F” or “Param” key
- Choose the application (CBEMV, CBCLESS, CONECS, AMEX,…)
- Duplicate

- Choose the direct debit
