SIRHA 2017
The Planet Monetic team attended the international gastronomy, catering and hotel trade show at Eurexpo Lyon.
We were at SIRHA (the international gastronomy, catering and hotel trade show) 2017, which took place at Eurexpo Lyon. It was an opportunity for us to meet our partners, retailers and manufacturers and see the latest innovations.
A platform for trends and innovations, the 2017 edition of SIRHA lived up to all its promises. In particular, with over 200,000 visitors – a record. And with 3,000 exhibitors and brands sharing in the excitement. A general enthusiasm in a climate conducive to business.
A true incubator. Once again, SIRHA demonstrated just how essential a vector it is. In particular, of the influence of French gastronomy. But also of all the trends in gastronomy, catering and the technologies that surround them, such as the means of payment.
See you in 2019, from 26 to 30 January at Eurexpo. This time it will be taking up even more space. The Lyon exhibition centre will be expanding from 132,000 to 141,000 m² with the construction of a new 9,000 m² hall.
